is looking for an Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers.
The Account Manager's role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities.
The right candidate will have 2
years in the landscape industry in a similar role but is not required.
Responsibilities Include:
Coordinate responsibilities and plans, making changes as necessary for weather, delivery, supply and personnel.
Delegating individual responsibilities and projects to crew members and contractors.
Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and prospective clients.
Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to Maintenance Manager Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas Forecast and track key account metrics (e.
g.
quarterly sales results and annual forecasts) Collaborate with Maintenance Manager and team to identify and grow opportunities within territory Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Requirements:
2 years of Landscape experience in a similar role (Preferred) Must have a valid Drivers License and DOT certification Highly motivated, self-driven, and detail-oriented Experience in Customer Service (Preferred) Schedule:
Full Time Position, 40-50 hours a week Location:
Multiple Locations Hourly Rate:
$30-$40 an hour.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
